    1 hour: Tying Bulk upload up in a bow, settting up on ankeny for testing

    2 hours -- working on buxfixes with anselm

    2 hours -- Fixing bugs 900, 908
    1 hour -- working on getcontributornames bug
    3 hours -- testing migration, fixing minor issues
Sun Apr 9:
    1 hour -- changing PHP setup to not send caching headers

Tue Apr 11:
    4 hours -- improvements to bulk upload to support various other forms of
               uploads correctly
Wed Apr 12:
    2 hours -- Adding example CSV files, more explanations
    1 hour  -- Adding error message on non-text/plain
    4 hours -- Working with tracy to change bulk uploader performance to fit
               her needs: sending error emails properly, not loading files with
               bad places, and other similar issues.
Thu Apr 13th:
    5 hours -- Bulk Importer:
      * Testing files in bulk importer
      * Improving parsing and fields stored
      * Adding support for preventing bulk from showing up on most recent places
      * Completed and set up for deployment on ankeny
    2 hours -- psvnbot
Fri Apr 14:
    6 hours: Bugfixes.
       * #771, #969, #1006, #1040, #1024, #929, #1019, #899
    4 hours: Sysadmin:
      * Determine cause of ankney testing environment being down
      * Work to fix testing environment
      * Determine failure mode causing 'headers already sent' message
    4 hours: work on image issues on new live/colo site
    2 hours: KML Support

   6 hours: Babysitting webserver during traffic spike
Thu Apr 20th:
   1 hour: add lat/long entry to bulk imports
   1 hour: add lat/long entry to add-a-place
   2 hour: bug fixes
Fri Apr 21st:
   4 hours -- Work with glen on importing scrapes:
     * Update bulk importer to supprot more features
     * Watch for error messages and catch them, fix them
     * Fix email issues so emails are sent properly
   1 hour: Server monitoring
